Our current cancelation conditions
revocation right as defined in § 18 (1) (10) FAGG has no application. Instead, you declare your consent to our Terms of Business and these Cancelation Conditions.
Cancelations and changes which occur up to 4 months prior to arrival are billed equivalent to 15% of the total booking price.
Cancelations and changes which occur up to 30 days prior to arrival are billed equivalent to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancelations and changes which occur up to 7 days prior to arrival are billed equivalent to 70% of the total booking price.
Cancelations and changes which occur up to 7 days prior to arrival are billed equivalent to 90% of the total booking price.
Our Terms of Business are consistent with the currently applicable General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
